Collaborated with business, IT, customer research groups and subject matter experts to develop customer-centric digital experiences and products which enhance the health and wellbeing of Albertans.
Facilitated collaborative sessions with cross-functional teams to identify design problems, connect customer needs with business needs, offer usability expertise and create digital solutions
Analyzed flows and business requirements to create wireframes and digital prototypes for applications, transforming customer services into digital experiences
Led the co-design of a Design System including UI standards and Pattern Libraries
Member Services Application
The Member Services Re-write project aimed to enhance the digital user experience of the existing Plan Member Services web portal (desktop, mobile and tablet) and native app (iOS and Android, mobile and tablet) for Alberta Blue Cross Plan member. The app offers features such as:
Biometric authentication
Mobile wallet identification card
Online claim submission and management
Document upload
Care provider look-up (Google Maps integration)
Direct deposit and other payment featuers
