As a User Experience Advisor, I worked collaboratively with subject matter experts, patients and families, and other business and technical teams to enhance patient experiences and develop various digital capabilities for citizens, including a province-wide personal health portal, public health resources and e-learning modules.
Responsibilities
plan and conduct user research, analysis, consultation
create UX deliverables (such as wireframes, mock ups, prototypes and user flows)
plan and facilitate co-design workshops, collect insights and test with diverse patient user groups
implementation of online health resources and tools, including educational materials, forms, and the Personal Health Record application.
